At Abbott Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine, unworn condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
